Voting Question: How can I get a EMT-Basic Certificate?

I am about to turn 17 this October and I live in Alabama. I make good grades in school and I wanted to take a course outside of school to help look better for colleges when I graduate High School. Do I havae to goto Auburn University and take a college class or is it like becoming a life guard? When I say is it like life guard training I mean as in do I have to goto special classes and take tests and thats it. Or do I have to take a class for a certain amount of hours and then take a big test and that decides wether i get the certificate or not? and is there an age requirement?... Read More »
