Resolved Question: What are my chances of getting into these schools?

I am about to start my Senior year of high school. Up to this point I've taken all advanced classes. GPA: 2.8 SAT: 1900 (out of 2400) 1300 (out of 1600) --To be taken again in the fall ACT: 29 --To be taken again in the fall I have over 800 hours of community service racked up, student government involvement, club involvement, and JV and varsity sports. Here are the schools I'm considering: Florida State University University of South Florida Auburn University East Carolina University Georgia State University University of South Alabama University of North Florida Louisiana State University University of South Carolina University of Alabama Colorado State University University of Colorado at Boulder I have In-state for both Florida and Colorado because my Dad lives in Florida.
